Before the development of the website, the government faced several key challenges:
Complex Service Access: Citizens struggled to access land management, urban planning, construction permit, and cadastral services due to fragmented and unclear information.
Transparency & Trust: Lack of a centralized, accessible platform limited visibility into government procedures, impacting public trust and accountability.
User Experience: Existing systems were outdated, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile or diverse audiences.
Multi-Service Integration: There was a need to consolidate multiple services and provide multilingual support while maintaining compliance with government digital standards.
The goal was to create a citizen-centric, secure, and intuitive platform that improves access, transparency, and efficiency in land and construction services.
